How do you make the services so cost effective?

We can substantially reduce costs by combining surveys such as H&S, fire, asbestos and DDA in one visit so that you are not paying for multiple sites visits. This is undertaken by health and safety professionals with a minimum of ten years experience.

Sometimes with smaller residential there's just no budget to do asbestos, fire and full health and safety.

That's true. Often what seems to happen is that health and safety doesn't get looked at because of this. Our fire risk assessors are also fully qualified health and safety practitioners so for a small increase in the cost of the fire risk assessment they can include any health and safety exceptions they see whilst on site. (But this is not ideal and is only offered for small sites that would otherwise not receive h&s attention.)

How do we get things going? (I don't have enough hours in the day.)

1.    You give us minimal information in any format; (for residential: addresses and number of flats; for commercial: addresses and sq. footage) we may ask a few questions by phone or email and then…

2.         we respond with budget figures in a format that makes everything very clear so that…

3.         you check the costs and, if you want to proceed, tell us which ones and over what period you would like them completed…

4.         and we will project manage for you, keeping you updated and leaving you free to focus on your day-to-day work.
